Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Business Profile Boost ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Business Profile Boost provides a full suite of digital growth services including Google Business Profile optimization, AI-powered messaging automation (Instagram DM AI, WhatsApp Business AI), social media management, website design and development, content creation, listing optimization for vacation rental platforms, AI search optimization, and done-for-you marketing team services. Our goal is to help your business improve its visibility, capture more leads, and convert more customers across all digital channels.

Subscription Plans and Pricing

Our services are offered through subscription plans that typically include:

• One-time setup fee: A one-time payment for initial profile optimization and configuration.
• Monthly subscription: A recurring monthly fee for ongoing management, monitoring, and support.

Specific pricing and plan details are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers before taking effect.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information.
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
• Keep your payment information up to date.

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. If a payment fails, we may suspend your service until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at contact@businessprofileboost.com.

• Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.
• The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once the initial optimization work has begun.

No Guarantee of Results

Important: While we use industry best practices to optimize your Google Business Profile, we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, visibility improvements, or revenue increases. Search engine algorithms are controlled by Google and can change at any time. Results vary based on many factors including your industry, location, competition, and the quality of your business operations.

Our services are designed to improve your profile's quality and completeness, which generally supports better visibility—but outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your business.
• Grant us the necessary access to your Google Business Profile to perform our services.
• Respond to our requests for information or approvals in a timely manner.
• Comply with Google's terms of service and guidelines for business profiles.
• Not engage in practices that violate Google's policies (e.g., fake reviews, misleading information).

Automated Review Responses

If you opt in to our automated review response feature, you authorize us to monitor and reply to reviews on your Google Business Profile using automation tools. You can set rules and preferences for how these responses are handled. You may disable this feature at any time by contacting support.

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from automated responses that follow the rules you have set.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Profile Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website and in our services are owned by Business Profile Boost or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Content we create for your Google Business Profile (such as descriptions or posts) is created on your behalf and you retain ownership of that content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
